Returns

We don’t offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please get in touch with us at orders@ianwarsenault.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To expedite this process, please include (wide and close up) photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order in your initial email. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orders@ianwarsenault.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at orders@ianwarsenault.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
